Job Description

Overall Work

  1. • Answer for all insurance enquiries.
  2. • Routine mail checkups and follow ups.
  3. • Doing all private insurance work pre-authorization fill ups, query reply and getting approval and follow ups all branches.
  4. • Maintaining pre-authorized registers.
  5. • Coordinate with insurance persons for their clarifications.

Chief Minister Scheme

  1. • Check the original ration card and smart card, getting filled pre-authorization forms from concerned Doctors, take specified investigation, to ask LO to put the draft and submit online pre-authorization form.
  2. • Online follow ups and answer for all the queries.
  3. • When approval is obtained, inform the same to the patient, counselors and Doctors.
  4. • At the time of discharge, collect post operative reports, take patient photos and get satisfaction form.
  5. • Preparation of bills and final bills, collection of investigation and discharge summaries, scan all the documents and online submission, follow ups up to claims settlement and cheque received up to date.
  6. • If any queries under settlement, call the patient and investigate.
  7. • Chief Minister Scheme enquiries: Explain about ration card, smart card and VO certificate.
  8. • In case of absence of LO, contact their higher authorities and nearby hospital LOs.

Pensioners Scheme

  1. • Preparation of consolidation of final statement of bills and given to the patient without delay.
  2. • Getting seal and signature from the concerned Doctor.
  3. • Claim form preparation and Doctor certificate for EB.

Reimbursement Scheme

  1. • Preparation of final detailed bill for private insurance.
  2. • Preparation of bills for bank claim.
  3. • Preparation of bills for private companies.
  4. • Fill up the claim forms and get the signature from the concerned Doctors. Prepare all investigation report.
  5. • Answer for all reimbursement queries.
  6. • Always work for the concern and satisfaction of the patient.
